                Returns & Exchanges Policy

At $Cancer Coin Apparel, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

                    Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

                  How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at fcancersf1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and any additional instructions.

  3. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and ship it to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

                           Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

                         Exchanges

  • Want a different size or style? Follow the same steps as a return and indicate that you’d like an exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

             Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right – at no cost to you.
